Position Overview

Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible to research and target potential clients, generate leads, and nurture relationships with prospects, also be responsible for analyzing data and developing strategies to improve lead generation efforts.

Position Overview

Lead Generation Expert to take on full responsibility of driving bottom-line growth by bringing challenging ideas and marketing campaigns that drive brand, sales leads, service proliferation and
business objectives. This will be an individual contributor role, where the role will be responsible for managing to drive lead generation for our Services.

Responsibilities

  1. Should have experience in generating large volume of leads for sales enablement for services
    industry within the US market
  2. Should have set up lead generation function from scratch in previous experiences
  3. Build, train, and manage a high-producing lead-generation team.
  4. Develop and execute lead generation campaigns that support business objectives, including
    the creation of targeted lists, email, social media, and telephone outreach.
  5. Experience of working with database tools like Zoominfo, Apollo ai , Linkedin Sales navigator
  6. Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop new strategies based on
    changing market conditions and customer needs.
  7. Adjust campaign strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
  8. Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure leads are followed up on in a timely manner.
  9. Take ownership of progress on lead-generation campaigns and team performance metrics
  10. Provide feedback to the Marketing team to help improve future campaigns.
  11. Stay up to date on the latest lead-generation best practices and tools.
  12. Experience of managing both internal and external teams for lead generation
  13. Driving new ways to generate leads and manage the strategy and setup of all campaigns.
  14. Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-
    to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
  15. Regular Reporting and Dashboards presentation as per business needs

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  2. 7 to 10 years of experience working in lead generation function
  3. Proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role,
  4. preferably in a B2B or consulting services environment.
  5. At least 4 years of experience in Leading / Managing lead generation function (3-to-4-member team) for the US services industry.
  6. Excellent time management and project management skills
  7. Multitasker and capacity to work under pressure and tight timelines
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  9. Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
  10. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must.
  11. Experience with CRM software, preferably Zoho
  12. Strong project management skills with excellent organizational skills
  13. Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions.
